Had a problem with my pellet stove. It wouldn't fire up. Everything seemed to be working but no flame. I called to set up a service call. The gentleman on the phone asked me a bunch of questions to determine what the problem was. He told me how to correct the issue. I went home that night and it was exactly what he said the problem was and I was able to correct it. He could have easily sent someone out, charge a service call and changed a couple of parts and I wouldn't have known. Stand up guy, and a stand up company. And I love me pellet stove.
